Beacon Capital has agreed to pay $191 million for the office portion of a mixed-use tower in San Francisco’s Financial District.The 263,000 square feet of Class-A office space is in a 25-story building at 655 Montgomery Street that has luxury residential condominiums on the top seven floors.
